Easy Baked Paleo Chicken Tenders 2 lbs chicken 1 c blanched almond flour 1 T flax meal 1 t paprika 1/2 t garlic powder 1/2 t sea salt 1/2 t parsley 1/4 t poultry seasoning black pepper to taste 2 eggs Coconut oil, in a sprayer Bake @ 425. 8-9 minutes on each side. Coat chicken in egg mixture then coat with seasonings & almond flour mixture. Place on parchment lined baking sheet and spray with coconut oil.

Using a microplane, add a few gratings of fresh lemon zest. Blend on high speed until smooth.
