Strawberry Fluff Salad- This was a hit at Easter dinner. There might be a cup of it left. It was very light, and so good in flavor. I loved the fresh strawberries. I will totally make this again. I'll even play around with the fruit/jello combos. Very good!!
Drain juice from a 20 oz. can of Sliced Pineapple Rings (leave rings in can) and bring juice to a boil. Combine boiling juice with 3 oz pkg. lime or strawberry jello & mix really well. Do NOT add the cold water like the directions say. Pour the mixture into the can of pineapple rings. Run a fork down the center to get the jello in between each ring. Chill. To serve, cut bottom of can, push through and slice between each ring. Try adding a banana in center of rings for something different.
The best icing!! All you do is mix one vanilla pudding packet with half of the milk called for on the package. Whisk until it begins to thicken. Then fold in one container of Cool Whip. A great frosting spread on cakes and piped onto cupcakes a tasty filling in crepes or on waffles along with some fruit...way less sugar too..
I finally got to make this and it has to be the best coconut cake I ever had. However I added flaked coconut on top of the cool whip Coconut Cream Cake: Yellow cake made per directions, 15 ounce can of Cream of Coconut, large can sweetened condensed milk, pour all over the top of the warm cake. When cool, ice cake with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
