The only known surviving photograph of Jeremy Johnson's 1890 time machine, dubbed the J6 (J for Johnson and this was his 6th prototype). Mr. Johnson turned it on during the evening of Christmas Eve 1890, and promptly vanished, never to be seen again. One can only assume that it worked.
