develop photo (whatever size). paint front & sides of board (whatever size your picture is). let the paint dry, and mod podge the area you are going to put the picture on as well as the back of the picture. Press on the picture firmly while rubbing out any bubbled areas. Once the picture is on there, you can mod podge the top and sides. About one hour later they were dry!
