    Alphabet Crafts - Letter of the Week

    Parmesan Broccoli Balls 2 (10 oz) packs frozen chopped broccoli 2 c herb stuffing mix, 1 c grated parmesan, 6 eggs, beaten, 3/4 c butter, softened salt & pepper, 1 c parmesan, for rolling in Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Combine all ingredients. Pour mixture into a sheet pan and spread evenly; Refrigerate. When firm, roll mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll in Parmesan. Freeze. Put frozen broccoli balls in 350 degree oven, bake for 35-40 mins
