    Glazed Pork Chops: 4 thick cut porkchops, 1/4 C brown sugar, 1/2 t each cayenne, garlic powder, paprika salt & black pepper. Oven 350. Combine brown sugar & spices. Rub mix all over pork. Heat 2 T olive oil in skillet over medium/high; add chops. Cook chops about 5 mins on each side or til browned. Place skillet in oven 5 mins. Remove the chops from the oven and drag each side around in the thick glaze that has formed around the chops in the pan prior to serving.
