Blackberry Meyer Lemon Gin & Tonic 3 blackberries 5 fresh mint leaves 1/2 Meyer lemon juice 1 tbsp simple syrup 12 ounces good quality Gin Tonic Water Ice * Muddle blackberries, mint leaves, lemon juice, and simple syrup together in a glass. *Fill glass with ice. Add gin. *Top off with tonic water. Stir and serve.
Foolproof Flaky Buttermilk Biscuits - oh my gosh, made these this morning. This is my go-to recipe from now on. The technique makes them so light and flaky. I think I'll try these again with whole wheat flour, maybe add some green chile or cheese? These are just absolutely delicious!
