Berry Spinach Smoothie- makes 2 small smoothies: 1/2 cup pomegranate juice, 1 cup fresh baby spinach, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 banana, 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (optional garnish). Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more juice if needed to blend. Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
Carrot cake smoothie 1 carrot (cut into chunks) 1/4 inch segment ginger root 1 frozen banana (cut into chunks) 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 1/2 cup raw pecans 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup coconut water (such as O.N.E.) 2 ice cubes 1. Place everything but the ice cubes in a high-speed blender; process until smooth and creamy. Add the ice cubes and process again. Drink super cold.
