Lentil Stew (lentils, onion, cilantro, thyme, hot pepper, potatoes, olive oil, auyama [type of squash], garlic)

Roasted Okra: Preheat oven to 400. Split okra in half lengthwise then toss with salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes and EVOO. Roast for 15 minutes and serve immediately!

Is this the recipe from the book Viva Vegan? I've made the recipe from there and it was awesome.
