    Camarones guisados (Stewed shrimp) Cook & Stir 4 plum tomatoes cut in halfs, peppers & garlic in a sauce plan with hot olive oil. Add tomato sauce & 1/2 cup of water. Simmer on low heat until all veggies are cook through. Add shrimp & simmer until they turn bright pink. Season w/ Salt & Pepper to taste! Nice & simple :)
