HALLOWEEN FUN~ Start the party with a guessing game challenge. Fill a clear bowl with candy corn, counting the pieces as you fill. Download and print our sign and glue. Ask kids to write their names and guesses on slips of paper. Award the child with the closest guess with a special carnival prize or the Jar of candy corn.
Feed the Flames Fill glass hurricanes or cylinders about a third of the way with candy corn and rest a pillar in the center of each. The candy will keep the candles standing upright; just don’t leave lit candles unattended.
We used Mason jars last winter to line our front walk way for guests, we used them this summer at my daughter’s wedding reception, and as you can see, you can use them for fall decorating too! All year round I’ve used Epsom salts to simulate snow or sand. I love the candy corn. You could try coffee beans, shells, jelly beans, marbles, cranberries … and change candle colors to coordinate with your event! The options are endless!
