Day 1 over. Eating fruits all day, even though as much as I could was NOT easy. Going to have lots of veggies today - Okra, Onions, Tomatoes, Egg-plant, Cabbage, Romaine Lettuce, Jalapeno, Green bell pepper, Olives, Zucchini, Cucumber and baked potatoes :) I lost a pound, I think.
I did this but I got so weak and dizzy I did lose several pounds though

I'm starting this tomorrow! I was just curious about some recipes I could try on the fowl/tomato and fowl/veggie days. I know spices are acceptable but can I substitute 2 cans of diced tomatoes with jalapeños for 2 tomatoes on fowl/tomato day? Like sautéing them in a skillet with chicken or ground turkey?
It is super possible to lose 10 pounds in 7 days! This is a fast diet! Fast Diets are awesome. But we recommend to do it in one time and then stop for a couple of weeks before try another one.
We got this program called The 3 Week Diet reviewed it in our site. This programs said that you can lose 23 pounds in 21 days. That's 3 weeks.
