10s in ten workouts. :) the actual workout portion barely goes over 8 minutes— so stretching gets ~2 minutes. not a demanding workout at all! in fact, if i were you (assuming you have more than 10 minutes), i’d repeat the entire circuit a couple of times to realllly feel the burn. trust me, you will! the best part? it’s only ten minutes, so don’t you dare say you don’t have time for it. get off the computer for 10 minutes, and just do it. you know
