Re-pinning this because people are STUPID. So many of these are, in fact, very high in calories. Yes, the nutritional value of fruits and veggies is very concentrated and you get a higher nutritional value for less calories, but they are STILL CALORIES. (Not to mention how much sugar is in fruit.) Good luck burning calories by eating an entire cantaloupe.
The clear skin diet: so true! when i drink more water, eat more foods with protein/fats and less sugars to fill me up -my skin gets better.
