Kale, Fennel and Apple salad. Made this today. Such great flavour combinations! The fennel and apple complemented each other nicely, and who doesn't love a toasted walnut in a salad!? I modified with white wine vinegar as I didn't have apple cider vinegar on hand. I also didn't have sesame oil, but it tasted great with just a base of olive oil for the dressing. Will make this again for sure
Miso Sexy Dressing Makes about 1-1/2 cups Ingredients: 1/2 cup raw tahini 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 2 tablespoons miso 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1/2 jalapeno, finely chopped Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add water for a thinner consistency. Enjoy as a dip or use as salad dressing.
