Taco Lasagna - Taste of Home contest winning recipe. I've added a can of enchilada sauce on the top to keep the tortillas from drying out. I think it adds to the overall flavor of the casserole. Serve with sour cream, pico de gayo and quacamole. Ole!
Lil guy says it's the best meatloaf he's ever had! Used 2lbs gr beef, and 1 c. dried breadcrumbs, with homemade mp's. Also added bbq sauce between layers. It was GOOD!* Nutrition score A-, 549 cal per serving…be sure to put cookie sheet under pie in oven!! :)
