"My goal in life. No muffin top, a thigh gap and a flat stomach!!" Really?! I can understand wanting to get rid of a muffin top and earning flat abs, but getting a thigh gap!? If you're not born with a thigh gap, then you're going to get malnourished just to be able to get one! I fear for today's teen girls & women. :( also, you can do workouts and such to slim down your inner thighs. Without starving yourself.

Also drinking of this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body, even though the person may eat a high calorie diet. 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of honey in a cup of boiled water.
