    anne-laure djaballah return 48"x12", acrylic on canvas, 2007. windows showing glimpses of places that used to be what began as a complicated network of lines and blocks (ochres and warm pinks - colors I associate with elementary school and sunsets) gradually became more simple, and the offwhite I see now as paper-white... going back to a time when things could just be figured out on paper, planned out then done.
