Have this issue? Somethings I do to remedy the situation: 1. Unplug from all electronics (TV, phone, internet, tablets) at least a half hour before bed). 2. Turn off the wifi if you can 3. When the brain starts it's rampages of thought, concentrate on something relaxing you like and think of that (i.e. A vacation on a beach, riding horseback, anything as long as it relaxes you).
I had a dear, dear friend, that felt a lot and thought a lot, but didn't speak a lot or enough, or to the right people about those feelings and those thoughts... Hence, "had". So now, everything went to shit, and in her silence, I bet she regrets not speaking clearly about things. The take away from this story is simple: always be truthful to yourself and others by speaking your mind, your heart... Your truth!
