    Buttermilk Mac 'n' Cheese Recipe...very rich, but tasty. I added the little smoked sausages to make it a dinner. The texture was more like a casserole than a smooth sauce, but I need to try it without the sausage to really tell. The cheese sauce would be a good base for a potato dish as well.
