How to print on fabric. Do steps in photo, then run fabric through printer to print directly on fabric side (not freezer paper side). Iron image to set. Rinse under water to remove excess ink. Will only work if printer uses water-resistant ink. Check manufacturer website for ink type.

I don't care about the bag- just like the idea for how to use freezer paper.

I've tried all the other transfer methods and this is the best, easiest and quickest transfer method: CLAY POT WITH A WAX PAPER TRANSFER

Waxed-Paper-Transfer. Basically the only difference was I sprayed adhesive onto a piece of paper and attached the wax paper and trimmed it down to the size of the paper. It makes it easier to go through the printer.
