easy crockpot pulled pork: pork butt (I used 2.5 lb - but you can use whatever size needed for your family) 1 can Diet Pepsi 1/2 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce Lawry's Seasoning Salt Generally coat pork butt with Lawry's seasoning salt, don't be afraid to cover it all! Place in crock pot and pour in soda and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Root beer pulled pork sandwiches: +++++ Great taste; this is the first pulled pork recipe that I have succeeded at, so I'm pretty stoked. I added a couple cloves of minced garlic, a little bit of butter and two different types of BBQ sauce just to add some flavor, but I loved how sweet this was. Maybe I'll try some brown sugar next time.

5-Star*****Carnitas..this smells unbelievable in the CROCKPOT. It is So delicious..read directions carefully-uses a 4-5lb. pork shoulder or butt, but once you shred it and remove most of the fat, its enough for a meal with leftovers, even better the next day! My daughter asks for this...and brings friends!
