Use a spoon to stir up the first few drops of coffee with the sugar in the pot to create a sweet, frothy foam – called "espumita." This will rise to the top when you pour the coffee in the cup.
Pioneer Woman's Perfect Iced Coffee- I love iced coffee, and last year started cold-brewing at home. How did I go so long without knowing this? And according to her, you can make up a large batch of concentrate to last a few weeks, instead of cold-brewing a pot every night. This, I've gotta try!
