Baked Spaghetti Squash with Garlic and Butter - A very yummy recipe! Very simple to make and very tasty. We added some garlic shrimp to the recipe as well. If eaten as a main course it only serves people so I would recommend doubling the recipe.

Oven Roasted Cabbage Wedges -Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a greased baking pan place 1 inch thick round slices of cabbage in a single layer. Season as you wish, salt, pepper, garlic, hot pepper etc. Roast minutes until browned.
Shake N Bake broccoli. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for minutes.
