Chicken in Vinegar Sauce Recipe - Paul Bocuse | Food & Wine Didn't realize I had the wrong vinegar until after I started so I used balsamic instead. Very different flavor from the original but still really good. I'd like to try it again with the other.
Eating this as I pin--Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole: definitely not super healthy but it's super yummy. I added all the optional ingredients and made my own cream of chicken soup base (found on another pin). Takes a couple minutes to set up after baking. Yummy and my kids are having seconds!
TARTIFLETTE (potato & cheese casserole, a French comfort food): 3 large potatoes, peeled and sliced; 7 slices bacon, chopped; 1 T butter; 1 large onion, sliced; 1/4 cup white wine; 2 T creme fraiche; 1 (8 oz) round Reblochon cheese; salt & ground black pepper to taste.
