Roasted Whole Chicken in the Crockpot. Best chicken ever! Im usually in a hurry so I skip the whole marinade overnight part. And to mix it up a bit I sometimes will add couple lemon wedges to the cavity.
Crockpot Italian Chicken....I just love crockpot recipes..so nice to just leave it all day and have dinner ready without a lot of work in the evenings. My Verdict: It was ok...we didn't love the taste, pretty rich and a little "fake" tasting. I might add some milk or something to tone it down.
