Breakfast Mac and Cheese.. Ok so this is going on two boards: 1) Splurgeworthy Board for obvious reasons and 2) Lighten Up list. I have a "eggy" casserole type mac and cheese recipe on my meal plan service that I could easily add red peppers and turkey breakfast sausage to. I am in love with this idea!
This receipe calls for butter milk, which you can make yourself with lactose free milk c minus the 2 tbsp of lemon juice) and 2 Tbsp of lemon juice, let it sit for 5 min. It also calls for butter , which is technically lactose free, just not dairy free.
