Blueberry Greek Yogurt Pancakes Um, BEST pancakes ever. I used plain Greek and regular yogurts and added some vanilla extract because that's what I had. Also, I used frozen wild blueberries instead of fresh (again, what I had), unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and cooked it on an iron skillet with coconut oil. I'm trying not to eat them all! Oh! The topping is a must.
