Greek nonfat yogurt in place of butter and eggs; used 1 1/2 c. applesauce instead of sugar; used lowfat evaporated milk in place of heavy cream. for icing, only used nutella and mixed with 3-4 T. low fat evaporated milk to desired consistency. boys liked it!
