Easy Microwave Peanut Brittle (a 10 minute holiday gift) from

Microwave Peanut Brittle - similar to the recipe my friend Sandy makes (when I find hers on line, I will pin it here too). This is SO easy and SO good . . . . but don't tell people that or they will make their own and stop making you feel good by asking you to bring yours. Let them think you slaved away.
