Heidi's Baked Beans By Heidi Clark (this is Heidi's recipe doubled) 2 (19.75 ounce) cans of Campbells Pork and Beans 8-12 pieces of bacon 1 cup white onion, chopped finely 1 cup ketchup 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (add to taste) 2 teaspoons dry ground mustard
BLT Roll-ups Ingredients: 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese 1/2 cup light mayo 8-10 slices center cut bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 cup chopped tomatoes 4 eight-inch flour tortillas (I use Mission carb balance) 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce Directions: Mix the cream cheese and mayo in a bowl. Add the crumbled bacon and diced tomatoes. Spread mixture on tortillas and top with lettuce. Roll up tightly and refrigerate for an hour. Slice into 1/2 inch slices.
