Hoya (hoya): Your plant appears to be a Hoya, known for its succulent foliage and showy waxy clusters of star-shaped flowers. Grows best in bright indirect light (an east or west facing window) and should be watered only when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch. Feed with a slow-release fertilizer formulated for blooming container plants. These are excellent, low maintenance house plants. Does not tolerate frost if grown outdoors.
