Get creative with this LEGO game for kids. They will also be practicing math skills but shhh! Don't tell them that!
Number rings is a cool math game that can be used to work on addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division math facts
It is important that kids realize we read for lots of reasons - and one of those reasons is to learn something new! Use picture books to introduce your little ones to concepts such as counting. It brings together the joy of reading with the joy of learning. Don't worry if they don't "get it" the first time through! Just have fun learning together.
Math Boggle ... Kids choose two numbers that are next to each other, and perform the circled operation. Clever!
Have fun learning your times tables! What you do is fold it (like you were going to cut a paper snowflake) so that you have just a triangle showing. Then you cover up the lower right hand number with your thumb. What’s 1 x 2? Move your thumb and there’s your answer. They are really just triangle shaped flash cards but more portable.
