Celeste uses butter, re-activated starter (I do this in advance), seasalt (not table) is important, and do the milk (NOT water). Celeste's tip: I also use a hamburger press to get a consisent size and to get to a slimmer size. Just a much healthier alternative to the pre-packaged torilla shells!
