Many Vegans and health coaches advise the use of glass containers and straws, due to the plastics in the USA leeching into food and drink (none of the plastics used in our food and drinks have been tested for safety by the FDA).     This is like ... you know those balloons clowns make animals with ? You stretch them first because you'd need a mechanics air thine to blow them up. This gets your heart ready. So walk 4 +1 run 0 is how you get through the first bit. Note the asterisk.

The most common mistake I see is then people plant their foot WAY in front of their bodies and come down on their heels. Your foot should make contact directly beneath your center of gravity or maybe slightly in front of it, with most of the impact happening mid-foot.
