Fiesta Dip 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 16 oz. container sour cream 11 oz. can sweet yellow and white corn, drained 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed 10 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained 1 1/2 Tbl. salsa seasoning mix (I used taco seasoning) 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese tortilla chips In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover; chill at least 24 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 10-12. (Can serve warm or cold)

Skinny Poolside Dip. Pinner says: I've made this 3 times now! It's a big hit and super easy. 1 red pepper, 2 jalepenos (unseeded), 1 can of corn, 1/2 can diced olives, 16 oz fat-free cream cheese (softened), and 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix. Mix ingredients together. Serve with crackers or raw veggies.

Spicy Corn Dip // Wow this was good. Like, REALLY good. The only thing I would change is the serving amount!! I'm definitely going to double the recipe next time.

Mexican Lasanga ~ Made this 11/28/12 Very delicious. Could be made without the tortillas like a sloppy Mexican stew. Served with greek yogurt. Next time add some taco seasoning to the meat.

taco dip....................Made this. By far my favorite taco dip recipe. I mix in a can of refried beans with the sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning though.

Taco balls: 1 pkg, jumbo crescent rolls, 3 oz cream cheese, 1/2 mexican shredded cheese, 3/4 c shredded chicken, 1/3c taco sauce, 2 tsp, taco seasoning mix, 1/4 c cheese for sprinkling.350 oven 10 min or til golden, ( put cream cheese and shredded cheese in the microwave and nuke for 30-40 sec till softened and add other ingredients , roll in crescents and bake!!
