    Peanut Butter Banana Bread - Skinny Chef (I'll start by saying I don't know how "friendly" this will be for WLS patients, but it does call for whole wheat flour & natural peanut butter. The one thing I'd change would be the brown sugar; I'd used the Splenda(?) brand instead. 1 1" slice has 36g carbs & 8g protein as originally written; I've no idea how much using Splenda would change things, but it's definitely a treat to be had when you've "been good" the rest of the day! ~TH)

    Peanut Butter Banana Bread - banana bread that uses protein rich peanut butter in place of butter. Used 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, 1/3 cup low fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup unbleached flour, 2/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour, 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips. Baked in mini muffin tins at 325 degrees for 11-12 mints. Makes 30 mini muffins.
