My fav thanksgiving side dish ever!! Corn Casserole 1 box Jiffy 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 2 eggs 1 stick butter, melted 1 Cup Sour cream Mix all together in casserole adding the sour cream last. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes. I make this every year....u can double triple it. Family favorite #ultimatethanksgiving
Cut 1 large Zucchini, 2 Squash, 6 Red Potatoes, & 1 Yellow Onion Place in glass pan for baking Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil Eye ball garlic & herb seasoning Eye ball seasoned salt Bake on 350 for 45 minutes or until tops are golden brown & VIOLA!! You have yourself one healthy, and super delicious side dish! Substitute potatoes for sweet potatoes :-)
Low carb! Slice the zucchini in half. Slice off the bottom to keep in stable. Brush with olive oil and top with garlic or garlic powder. Top with sliced tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Use mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese or mixed blend.. Bake 375 for 20 to 30 minutes until soft.
Baked zucchini sticks
3 medium zucchini sliced into 3” x 1/2” sticks
1 large egg white
1/3 cup seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs
2 tbsp grated Pecorino Romano cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
In a small bowl, beat egg whites and season with salt and pepper. In a ziplock bag, place breadcrumbs, garlic powder and cheese and shake well. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
