Fan Ho -Hong Kong (1950s). Fan Ho born in Shanghai in 1932, Fan Ho and his family later migrated to Hong Kong, where he began to experiment with still photography. The only name I can find associated with this is Buehrer.  I wonder if that means the photographer Jennifer Buehrer?  It's a beautiful photo, anyway.
