1 cup raspberries 1 cup blackberries 1 cup sliced strawberries 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup water 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons finely minced fresh mint

Just add coconut milk instead of half and half and add honey instead of sugar.... Could add almond butter or bananas as well

    I drink my tea like this every day. My mother in law provides me with green beans from her garden in the jars, I save them and keep them in my freezer for nice cold ice tea. It gets no better!!!!!
