    Cowboy Caviar! 2 cans Mexicorn, 1 can hot Rotel, 2 cups shredded cheddar, 6 green onions (sliced), + 1 cup each mayo and sour cream. {We couldn't stop eating this, I took to family reunion, was a great hit!}

    Cowboy Corn Dip: This is FANTASTIC! Makes a ton though. Made some switches: Instead of the canned corn, I used 2--16 oz bags of frozen corn & added 2 TB of chopped red peppers, instead of sour cream, used non-fat Greek yogurt, and used light mayo.

    This should really be called crack dip.

    Ugly Dip - Best tailgating dip ever! Mix 8 oz. Sour Cream, 8 oz. Hellman's Mayo, 8 oz. Shredded Chedder Cheese, 1 - 10 oz. can of Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, 2 - 11 oz. cans of Mexi-corn (well drained), 1 pinch of sugar, 1 bunch of green onions chopped (you can use the whole onion if you like). Mix ingredients well and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

    Neiman Marcus Dip is great to serve with crackers...takes just 5 ingredients!
