Mushroom, Onion, and Garlic Cream Sauce for Pasta Recipe saute 1/12c mushrooms, 1 diced onion and 2 cloved garlic in 2 tablespoons olive oil until the mushroom starts to golden and the onion is soft. Used garlic bread crumbs and garlic herb laughing cow. Very good! Had 2 huge chicken breasts and cooked them 5 minutes longer than the allotted time and they were perfect!
