hair style Totally trying this! Split and braid your hair into two sections and tie with a rubberband. Twist the braid away from your face and then twist the flat iron onto your hair in the same direction your hair is twisted. Do not touch rubberband or else you will get that weird crease. Repeat this process twice! After hair is cooled, then take them out and run your fingers through the braid. Saw this on Rachel Ray Show. It gives you nice beachy waves!

How to do beachy waves in less than 5 minutes: 1. Divide your hair into two parts. 2. Twist each section and tie with a hair tie. 3. Run your straighter/flat iron over both of the twist a few times. 4. Untie twists, and you're done. I tried this and it WORKS but i had to run the flat iron over smaller twists and more times... but its amazingly easy

I tried this last night when the kids were in bed, just to see if it's that easy and it is. I did 8 sections instead of 4 and I got a ton of volume with my short hair. Also, I did a side part because I don't like a middle part on me. I did not realize the trick to curling was doing it all in the same direction and a flattering direction at that.

pretty hair! wish i had more time to do THIS to my hair!

Wish my hair was naturally this wavy! so sexy!

This changed my life. Before, I curled towards the face and wondered why I looked like a circa-1994 soccer mom. Away from the face = Hollywood. Towards the face = soccer mom.

wavy hair with a flat iron. good tutorial with lots of pictures.

I LOVE this. I've been looking for a way to get curls/waves without damaging my hair. This isn't uncomfortable (or unsightly) like rollers or pin-curls, so I can go in public or wear it overnight
