Homemade Chai Tea Latte. To make the concentrate: 4 cups of water, 4-6 chai tea bags, 2 Tbsp of honey and 1 tsp of vanilla.To make the latte: mix 1/2 cup of chai tea concentrate with 1/2 cup of milk. Supposedly tastes better with almond milk :)
Low Carb Smoothie Recipes I make various combinations with chocolate, vanilla or strawberry 1 carb whey protein powders. I find just the almond milk is enough and eliminated the cream. Psyllium husk powder adds thickness and fiber. Coconut oil is a nice addition. If I use fresh frozen berries, I eliminate the ice and psyllium husk powder. Fat secret is great for figuring out the net carbs.
