    The small 4 oz baby food jars are the perfect size to sit in a shallow kitchen drawer. Paint the lids with chalkboard paint and fill the jars with spices. Then write the name of the spice on the chalkboard-painted lid. Voila, baby jars easily become part of a great-looking spice rack drawer.

pantry. spices in the door. I think building a four sided storage system like this on wheels would be great. But people with small children would need to use the lower half for cookbooks or something else. Maybe even just have a few shelves on the bottom for "their pots and pans" to bang.
