Peanut butter sheet cake. Made this for a family get-together. OMG! This is sooo moist and yummy, both adults and kids love it! It is similar to the recipe called Texas Sheet Cake (and Half Hour Cake) but uses peanut butter in the cake and the frosting, instead of chocolate. Only takes about 1/2 hour, start to finish!

Oopsie Bread - no flour, no carbs! I love theese. They are super easy to whip up and are a suprisingly good substitute for real bread. And I'm picky! I add flaxseeds and some other seed (like chia or sesame for example) to give it a more "bready" taste. I also like to add fresh herbs sometimes if I'm in that mood...
