    Crockpot Chicken Dumplings 4 chicken breasts (frozen) 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can chicken broth 2 cans biscuits Place the chicken in the crock pot. Mix together the soups over the chicken. Pour broth in the crock pot to completely cover the chicken and soup mixture. Add carrots and green beans if desired. Cook on if low for 7-8 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Return to the pot. 2 hours before serving, tear the raw biscuits into pieces and drop in the pot. Cook 1 hour.

Going to try this but modified. I don't have Herbs De Provence so I'm not sure what I will rub it with. I don't have red peppers so I'll layer the bottom with onion and carrots and stuff the bird with apples, carrots and onion. We'll see how it tastes.

A skinny version of an American classic - Chicken and Dumplings

Creamy Crockpot Spaghetti - I don't love crockpot recipes that require you to do a step in the middle, as you can't really turn it on and forget about it. But, this intrigues me and it looks like it would feed a small army.

I made this last night with a couple of substitutions and it was great! I used a half a bag of frozen mixed veggies and I used leftover rotisserie chicken which I waited to add during the last two hours of cooking - long enough for it to get good and hot, but not mushy. Family loved it!

Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings- I was surprised at how well this turned out! I added a bag of frozen mixed vegetables in for the last 45 minutes- hour of cooking and sprinkled a little bit of thyme in it. It was excellent and super easy!

Shredded crock pot chicken for tacos: 2 frozen breasts, one 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes, and 1.5 oz taco seasoning, low for 6 hours

RESULTS: Definitely going into the rotation. The boys loved it. Did the chicken alone in the crock pot first and let it cook almost through. Sliced it and then mixed the cream cheese & soup into the drawn liquid from the chicken. Put chicken back into sauce and cooked another 30-45 min. Sauce could be used separate on noodles or rice for a side dish. Use HM cr. chix soup, not the canned.
