    I made these for our 4th of July party yesterday and there were 3 left. BLT Rollups - Ingredients: 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese; 1/2 cup light mayo; package of bacon pieces; 1 cup chopped tomatoes; 4 eight-inch low fat flour tortillas;1 cup shredded lettuce; 1/2 cup of low fat shredded cheese. Combine the cream cheese and mayo in a bowl. Stir in bacon pieces and chopped tomatoes. Spread on to tortillas. Add shredded lettuce and cheese. Roll up and refrigerate for 1 hour and cut. AWESOME!

    BLT Roll-ups Ingredients: 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese 1/2 cup light mayo 8-10 slices center cut bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 cup chopped tomatoes 4 eight-inch flour tortillas (I use Mission carb balance) 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce Directions: Mix the cream cheese and mayo in a bowl. Add the crumbled bacon and diced tomatoes. Spread mixture on tortillas and top with lettuce. Roll up tightly and refrigerate for an hour. Slice into 1/2 inch slices. PARTY PINWHEELS!!
