Fall Pumpkin Dip Recipe by Carolina Charm - I made this and it's out of this world. My husband thought it would be equally awesome in a pie crust. The only thing I changed was I mixed the cinnamon in with the pumpkin pie spice.
Fiesta Ranch dip. 1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch dip, 10 ounce can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid), 16 oz sour cream, and 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese. Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Chill in fridge for 1 hour. Goes great with chips or veggies.
Berries and Cream: frozen mixed berries, a tub of Cool Whip, a container of yogurt, and cheesecake pudding mix. Mix together and chill before serving... this stuff is so freakin yummy it should be illegal

Pumpkin dip anyone? Mix a 15 oz can pumpkin, 5 oz box of instant vanilla pudding, 16 oz container of cool whip & 1/2 tbl pumpkin pie spice together. Put it into a carved-out pumpkin & add some cinnamon. Serve with apple slices and low-fat vanilla wafers, and you have quite the healthy treat!
