Hi Scott Owen. This image is a hoax. The scribbles (bottom right) were added to disguise the original hieroglyphs which could be read by experts to identify the original relief. 3500 year old drawing on a cave wall? Please look closely at the shadows cast by the fake portions (the alien and the scribbles) which are inconsistent with the rest of the relief.

    Thanks! That's what I thought.
