Baja Fish Tacos ~ take a freshly made, warm tortilla and top with a piece or two of battered, deep-fried fish such as Grouper. Baja Fish Tacos.....we used black sea bass...2 ways, grilled with lemon and blackened....and we separated the red slaw into cabbage with rice vinegar and honey and the tomato onions and cilantro to give people creative license with their taco!!! Fantastic...delicious and everyone found something they liked ...also served with sour cream mixed liberally with chopped green chili peppers.
Baja Style Fish Tacos! Tried this recipe with tilapia and halibut. Tilapia is great if you're on a budget. But if you can fork up the cash for halibut, do it. The flakiness of the halibut makes for a great fish taco. Also added cilantro, tomatoes, and red onion. Def making this again!
